3- The mediator and the second contractor agree to send to the Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center of conflicts of the Algarve, based at Estrada da Penha, 8005-131 Faro, Phone:289 823 135 and website www.Consumoalgarve.pt. Any dispute arising from the services provided under this contract.
4- The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not deprive the consumer of the right to refer the dispute to the assessment of a decision of a court of justice.
